Future proofing

I have been fairly busy of late and not had a chance to work on this project but that hasn't stopped me thinking about it. I realised that whilst what I have in place works there are a few issues that may occur with inputting new things and updating information later than expected that could flag up unexpected results on the website. So with this in mind I re worked the DB layout slightly to include a couple of new fields to help with the inputting and publishing of information at the current time and so the front end on the website will know for definite what information to pull out even if it is not the most current record.

This meant I had to amend some of the SQL code currently in use on the website to take advantage of these new changes. This didnt pose any issues and after a quick change all was working well.

I have started working on Ideas on how to make the admin section as sleek and intuitive as possible, as it could get complicated for people who rarely use it with the amount of options that need to be filled in for some game types. Hopefully by simplifying everything it should make the admin section run fairly smoothly and make it quite easy to use.
