Out the door

This have been busy and I haven't had the chance to pick up where I left off with this project for a little while even thought it was about almost done. However I found myself with a little bit of time on my hands yesterday and today so thought I woudl go on and get some more of it done. I however discovered an issue with the application which I managed to sort pretty quickly thankfully.

The issues was related to the security part I had built in to stop people hacking into the app. Turns out that part of my code that had worked fine previously had a little bug in it which decided to rear its ugly little head. This stopped pages loading and some info being submitted, which is good I suppose as if someone had hacked it they wouldn't have been able to do anything other than see what info was displayed.

It all came down to one of the checks and its inability to covert some of the info into the right format. It seem I had just been lucky before that it had done it ok but glad i found this issue now rather than later. It was a simple fix and i rolled it out over the repeated function easily enough.

I also to the chance to roll out the design on all of the pages of the app and style the forms along with it and also implement the navigation for the app. I have now backed it all up and rolled it out for testing within the club and the people who will be using it, based on their feedback and input some slight changes and tweaks might be made but essentially this is it 99% done.
