3 months!?!?

So it has been 3 months since my last update and I think I should say what I have been up to in that time. So I have been very busy on things other than building this, but I have been finding time every now and again to fix and add new bits and pieces.

So I have had to amend my urls because some things were needed that didn't make sense logically for anyone reading the urls. This meant that I had to change a load of code on some pages to deal with this when creating urls on some pages. More time consuming that difficult thankfully.

I have went on and created listing pages for tags and some other things as well. So now if you select one of the names tagged to a film you get a list of all the films that that person has been tagged to. I have done this as well with the exact year that the film was created (so clicking on the year beside the name of the film takes you to this this).

I also have added in a re-watch ability tab in the admin section so I can tag films on a scale of 1 to 5. 1 being poor and 5 being high. Leaving it as 0 means you don't send a re-watch value and as such on the films page it knows not to show it. I have not implemented this on the film page yet as I want to come up with a good way to show the scale and am not sure if i want to do it via text or just as bar or something.

I have also been working on the responsiveness of the design, which has brought with it a few challenges. I am happy to say that most of these I have fixed although there are still a couple of very low level bits that I am not 100% sure what I want to do with them but these are at such a low screen resolution that I woudl only realise as I am flipping between the largest and smallest screen sizes. I think most people would not notice these but I still want to tidy them up.

I have also been continuing on to input all the films that I watch this year into the Database thus building up a catalogue whilst I am still building the site, meaning when it is finished it will be full of data. Currently the DB holds 294 film entries and 78 people who can be tagged to films.

The design for the site is pretty much done and I only have 1 perhaps 2 pages left to design. But I have left the worst till last as it is the Homepage for the site and the homepage for the lists and films. I may just opt for lists again for the films/list homepages but I think that might do a disservice to both of these pages especially the list's as they both have banner and box images and the box images at the moment are not being used for anything. So I may just use the box images for the lists homepage as there shouldn't be that many lists, i hope.

Once these pages are designed and in place the site barring a few tweak's here and there should be done or at least 99% done.
