ARGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

So everythign has been moving along quite well so far, ive got all my photoshop brushes done (two sets for each cog so i can transform their colours). I have the pre-loader worked out and working. So whats going wrong?

First off the png's im using have a little white border around the tansparency (you have to look a little to see them but they are there and are annoying me. But ive tried everything and i mean everything and yet i still cant get rid of them dag nam it!!!

Secondly if i add more than one set of frames on the time line (i.e. one row of frames for all the layers then a send row of frames for all the layers) flash does some crazy thing with the pngs when im rotating them causing them to go all crazily pixelated and i cant stop it!!!
