Database beginings

Every project needs to start somewhere and seeing as this project is step 1 in the re-build of OJF I am starting with a brand new database. Out with all the old useless tables from projects gone by and instead one shiny DB that will hold this workshop, the arcade and OJF all in one place. The reasoning for this is thati feel each of the sub domain things i have are too small for a DB of their own but if i pull all together then 1 DB is about right and it also makes it pretty portable if i need to move every thing to a new server in the future.

So a new DB and the starting of a design in my head and working out how to URL rewrite everything to look lovely. Small progress just now but im hoping that within a week I should have the DB all set up and the starting of the code in place for displaying everything in the arcade. I am going to do the design last.

I also as a test moved over the workshop to the new database as well as creating new db connections and testing them to help improved security as well.
