OJF Twitter feed

The idea is to pull in my own twitter feed and display it somehow on OJF. I have done this using classic asp in the past on a website but just using the RSS/xml feed. This time i want to integrate it further pulling in the current feed as the rss/xml feed sometimes takes much longer to get updated.
