Further thoughts

With my initial success I got thinking about just how I can adapt all of this to do what I want it to do. I have discovered that I have a module already on my server that will allow PHP to re-size the image when uploaded. I have been playing around with this and have been uploading and re-sizing images successfully without any problems, which is nice.
