New dates and functionality

So I finally got the dates working via a reworking of some of my first code. I’m just glad it is now working ok as i really was pulling out the last of my hair on that one. Spent about 2 hours just trying different methods for all to fail in the same way :(

So with the dates working, I have hooked up lightbox as well so now it opens up larger versions of the images when clicking on the thumbnail’s. I have also grouped all the thumbnails for a month together in lightbox so when you click next you will only see the images within that month.

Showed a friend of mine this and he suggested that it would be good to add some text along with the images. I did point out it was just supposed to be an image only that should represent almost the day itself and bring back a memory of that day. How ever I took his suggestion on board and once again looked at how to implement this without database’s.
