It`s the same but its not the same

So the new text part of this is now working. I used the same principle as before. Create a folder where files are stored then looked up for use. I altered the upload form to include a text field which the user can put in some text when adding an image. This then creates and saves a text file in a text folder named the same way as the image files. I altered the loop for displaying the images to open the text document’s then read the text in them and add them as a title tag to the image. Then lightbox reads this and add’s it as almost a comment to the image. I also edited the date part so it would now state the day before the text along with the date details so it now looks something like Monday, Jan 1st 2014. Hovering over a thumbnail also shows you this information as well.
